I have always found gyms to be intimidating places and until about a year ago was lucky enough to be kept reasonably fit by my job. A change of jobs brought that to an end and I have watched my body change for the worst with accompanying feelings of low self worth over the last 12 months. I plucked up the courage to enquire at the gym and was introduced to Dan for a taster session. I can honestly say that was the day my life began again. The combination of his holistic knowledge ( exercises for every individual muscle, nutrition and a healthy personalised regime) and his fantastic coaching style ( pushing just far enough in an encouraging, supportive way) means I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking to live a healthier lifestyle and to be happier in their skin. I have been training with Dan since January, and still currently am and really couldn’t recommend this mentoring enough. My plan consists of personalised workouts suited to my long term goals which offer a great deal of variety.
My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Most importantly he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries, He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I have found that the support via WhatsApp extremely helpful, you can message him asking lots of different questions and he is mostly quick to respond. Most importantly, he has really contributed to my new found confidence, loosing 1 stone in my first 4 weeks and 16cm off my hips! 5 stars from me and really exciting for my ongoing journey with him!
